FSA Baseline Survey
In 2006, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) published it's comprehensive baseline survey to establish the current state of financial capability in the UK.
Adult Financial Literacy Advisory Group Report
In the 2000 budget the Chancellor allocated funding to the then DFEE to implement emerging recommendations made in a report published by the Adult Financial Literacy Advisory Group (AdFLAG).

The Government set out it's long-term approach to financial capability in Financial Capability: the Government's Long-Term Approach, published in January 2007. The report sets out the Government's long-term aspirations for financial capability.
