Confident Consumer

This pack is intended to support the delivery of consumer education programmes. The materials are aimed at young adults who have literacy and/or numeracy learning needs, and who may be unable to access consumer information and skills from other sources.

It consists of the CD Confident Consumer, together with sample course delivery models, session outlines and suggested support materials.
