Organisations in the post-16 sector were invited to participate in a Quiz Challenge on World Book Day. This was an exciting opportunity for groups of up to four basic skills students to research and design a 15-20 question general knowledge quiz. They were encouraged to research questions on a variety of topics using local libraries and developing skills in vocabulary, spelling, formation of questions and research methods. The groups then organised a Quiz Challenge event for fellow class members. In total 21 groups consisting of 107 adults from 5 organisations participated.
