Groups at risk

The NSP for Groups at Risk of Social Exclusion will work with voluntary and community organisations throughout Wales. It will develop new approaches to attract people to basic skills training and to encourage and support those needing to access basic skills provision. The project will oversee and explore the need for a new quality mark that will focus on information and referral points which will give initial support
